Unable to download data files 'download failed. the parent folder could not be found.'

Group: Forum Members Posts: 7, Visits: 59	Quite often when I try to download a large number of data files, I get the error 'Download failed. The parent folder could not be found.' A solution I've found is to download them a smaller number at a time (eg < 100) and then combine them manually but this is quite tedious when I have many hundreds of data files. Does anyone know what might be causing this error?

Does anyone know what might be causing this error? A new download system is in the works that should resolve this; it will probably be ready in a couple of weeks. If, in the meantime, the downloading in smaller batches workaround fails or is too tedious for a given study, please write an email with the details (account, study name, data folders you need) to support <at> millisecond dot com, and we'll set you up with a custom download option for those files.
