Quite often when I try to download a large number of data files, I get the error 'Download failed. The parent folder could not be found.' A solution I've found is to download them a smaller number at a time (eg < 100) and then combine them manually but this is quite tedious when I have many hundreds of data files. Does anyone know what might be causing this error?
